That's a good question and one I had myself but forgot to ask. There was two rows of what I would explain as trucker mudflap material that was attached to the bottom and hanging down. It appears very deliberate, I just don't know why. My only guess was to keep sand/dirt from flying up onto...
Videos should be coming. It looks like they are getting ready to release some of the official photos from the event. I'm sure editing the videos will take a little longer.
Unfortunately I couldn't get any video as I was driving. I'm sure Ford or optima will release some. Switchgear was doing stuff the cybertruck could only dream of.
Both cybertucks had at the very least aggressive off road tires, and at least one had a little lift. All lightnings were lariat or platinum on the stock road tires. One of the lightnings who aired down to 18 psi popped a couple beads while doing donuts in the sand. That was the only place...
Surprisingly well. They had level 3 for 4 at a time and about 8 level 2 for overnight charging. Everyone was charged enough to do what they needed. That portable level 3 setup was a beast. One semi trailer with just hydrogen and one with the fuel cell and charging equipment.
Went to an EV only offroad event called optima unplugged at King of the hammers where they had Vaughn Gittin Jr and switchgear. They weren't holding back on some crazy woops and dunes.
I was also pretty impressed with the offroad capability of the stock lightning. I definitely found the...
Right... Mine hasn't failed.
As for 2, I was told that because I already was approved and was in for warranty, I'll be the first to get it and they were told that while Ford put q4, they are hoping to get it in before that since I'm already listed as waiting for the part.
So, I wasn't told...
I was told, and the notice says that the dealer won't be compensated for replacement under warranty until the updated part is available. I was also told it would be late Q3 until they will be ready. So, unless your replacement is indeed the updated part, you will be having the same problem...
Yesterday I dropped off my Lariat Lightning to replace the rear light bar due to the infamous moisture condensation on the inside. They had the new part ready to put on, but called me this morning saying that within the last couple of days Ford issued a recall on the lights due to micro cracks...
I did my own PPF on my Bronco a few months ago, lowest quote to do that at the time was $6000 for full PPF (Southern California). Bronco has much less material than the F150, so, was able to buy bulk directly from XPEL. Took slightly more than 1 5' by 20' roll, so around $1800 in material...
Shamelessly stolen from the Bronco6g forum for tracking that I used for my bronco. I just used the CSX one and could track it even though it was handed off to Union pacific.
First you will need the rail car letters and numbers. It is on the visibility report or DORA which is from the...
