Just as an update - My power reduction went away after 3-4 days, and it's been at 100% since. My BlueCruise maps also updated over the weekend. I cancelled a service appointment I had today to look at these issues. Love the performance now and bluecruise is awesome.

Thanks - yeah, I think I need to go the transfer switch route. It just seems crazy to pay for almost 10k for something that is only useful for someone living here who also has a Ford Lightning. It sounds like the use case is way too specific to justify the cost.
