I did not have one and did not think I needed one and I won one as well, but not after having a few scratches in the bottom of my bed so I wish I had purchased one when I bought the truck.
I am very pleased with the bedliner. It is good quality and contours the bed very well. I’m not sure what it’s made out of, but it feels a little rubbery and definitely keeps things from sliding around too much. You can get in and out pretty easily if you need to clean up either your bed or the liner or both.
