285 vs 295?

looking for input. Putting tires on my leveled truck. I’ve run true 35s on my old trucks and am not interested in that again. 285/65r20 vs 295/65r20? Will then285 provide any noticeably better fuel mileage than the 295?

Short answer. Yes. Depending on tire selection you could be saving over 10 lbs a tire.

I went 265 to 285 and there is a notable difference there.

i don't think going from 285 to 295 will be a huge noticeable difference. Especially if they are both 65 profile. Go big or go home ?
