I saw someone on the Tremor forum is running 295/70 on a Rebel 18x9 +1 on a 2.5 level no rub but close. It's a sweet set up.
I have a 21 FX4 with a 2" readylift level.

Does anyone run this set up, or does anyone know if this would be an issue with my set up? Not familiar with the Tremors if any differences. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Thanks

Do you have rubbing on crash bar, or could you do a plastic trim

Pretty sure that 295/70 would work with very minimal rub if any on a 2 in lift. But your wheels should be 18+ or even 20+ offset.

I’m considering a similar setup but leaving a little rake in. I get a bit confused. Is higher positive offset better or worse for rubbing? It seems the lower the offset (closer to zero or negative) the further out the edge of the tire will sit, the higher the turning arc and hence more of a chance of rubbing. Am I getting that right?

The more positive the less chance of rubbing. A 34 inch tire should fit with no issues on a wheel that has at least +18 offset and at least 1 level. More negative , the more crusty the clown look. Just kidding for the negative offset guys. lol ?
