Up until a couple of weeks ago I had the ability on my 2021 F-150 to run Android auto and my phone through sync at the same time. In other words I could ue android auto navigation (actually all functions) and all the sync functions like making calls and navigation. Now I if android auto is on all my functions are disabled. I have to go to the phone list and select android auto or my phone. Something changed and I don't know what. I chatted with a ford tech and he had me do a reset on the sync system, uninstall and reinstall my phone. Since that didn't work he told me I must have a hardware problem. I find that very highly unlikely, I think Ford changed something within the sync software. Anyone else having this problem?
