Charge Settings Conflict message after turning off Lightning - happening all day....

Today after I park and shut off the Lightning, I get a pop up on the Sync: "Charge Settings Conflict - Estimated charge by next departure time: 92%"

Message does make sense.

I don't have any charge settings, charge limits or schedules.

All at 100% - no time restrictions - open to charge anytime any day...

Data points: OTA 3.5.2 - 1800 miles - charge currently at 46%.
