For the safety of your home please don't buy an evse off eBay. Go straight to the manufacturer or a reputable retailer and ensure the unit is UL or ETL listed, if not both.

100% agreed. Most everything EV related you find on eBay these days IS sold directly from manufacturers or distributors, and not by individuals. My JuiceBox came “remanufactured” from the original manufacturer with UL listing and warranty. They just use eBay to sell the ones they had to repair under warranty.
