Tow mirror Forscan to get blinker and puddle lights to come on?

Hello,

today I got tow mirrors installed on my 21 XL that I got from a member off here. I am wondering if it is possible through forscan or other means to get the blinker lights/puddle lights to come on? I have the switch and checked that there is 2 connectors in the back of the panel. I tried plugging in both connectors to the switch but got no response. Is this something that can be turned on with forscan?

not sure if its the same on your alls trucks as the super dutys, but on the super duty you have to get a harness to do it. they are only marker lights. the blinker is only the very side light not the forward facing one. check out this thread

On the F150 you need to program the Door modules. They will turn on. I added power fold mirrors to mine with the spot lights and just need to enable .

The spot light switch is only for the spot light. You have to replace that panel where the e brake switch it. The wiring is there. But for the huddle lamps and the turn signals only program the door modules
