Cup Holder Tab Rubber Band Reinstall (add some hot glue to prevent falling off again)

The day I got my 2021 F150, one of the rubber pieces that give the cup holder tabs there springiness, fell off. Had to take apart that back end of the center console and reinstall it. It slipped off the post internally. After reinstalling, I put down four blobs of hot glue so this doesn't fall off again. Ford missed the mark here I think.

I personally don't like the cup holder design. I much preferred the ones in my 16.
