If I could offer a suggestion...

Price out a warranty with Grainger Ford. Use the money you saved below MSRP to get that extended warranty and you'll have the piece of mind you're looking for. I personally went with a $0 deductible, 7 year, 100k miles, because that's my average usage and how long I plan to keep the truck. Remember it is a 1st gen EV (and an amazing one at that).

Nice. Sounds like a very good deal I am getting. Almost too good to be true. Almost $1500 below msrp plus they "say" they are allowing my mil, PCO offer of $2k, and hopefully the tax credit works out.
Just got a fully loaded PB last year in hopes of trading up for a Light in a few years but did not know it would be that soon. Payments for the upgrade should not be that much at all since I plan on going from a 3 year to a 5 year loan. Then prob refi and put more money down when I get the tax credit.

Very good idea. I just posted that I will be trading in a 22 PB. I did not get a warranty for that bc I knew I would want to trade for a Light. Also on this demo deal, the price the dealer has is better than the X Plan (X plan actually raises the price!!).
