Oh wow didn't know this. I have a SunPower system as well.
Filed for Bankruptcy in Dec of 2024. So much for a warrantee.
I upgraded to Maxeon USA Made panels, and they are covering them...

yeah, trying to be a little entertaining, otherwise things get boring ?

White knuckling the steering wheel isn't any fun. You'll enjoy you truck way longer than I at that rate. (y)
Wondering about brakes.
Have you changed brakes yet?

All the actually real maintenance was done under warranty, the battery issue was never an actual issue for me, but part of a recall. They replaced a module in the pack. Since I didn't have to pay for it, I didn't think it was big deal.

They have had a couple of recalls where they replace the tailgate light and a few other things, I didn't have to pay for it, so again, no big deal.

The SOH read 98.5% earlier today, so that number appears to be a little fuzzy, but I still get an estimated 320 miles or more range when I charge to 100%, which only happens a couple of times a month.

The vast majority of the time I do charge to 90% but I have flip flopped with 80% for a few months. 80% had me coming home below 25% to many times so I went back to 90%.
That's impressive. Have you done any maintenance on the mechanical side? Like transmission or Motor oil change? Brake fluid or coolant changes? Etc.

Thanks for sharing your experience.

Other then the tires and windshield, what maintenance/repairs have you done on your baby? The 97.5%SOH is pretty impressive considering the mileage. Did you charge to 90% daily? I saw your had a battery issues at 50k miles, did the dealership change any bettery?
Quite a bit more maintenance on my war pony. I have 44K on my '22 Lightning, and have to vacuum it out at least twice a year, in addition to rotating the tires and filling the windshield fluid. That and in the spring, I clean my floor mats due to the Wisconsin road salt. Oh, and at least once every 3 months I try to wash the windshield at a gas station. You can see how this could wear out lesser owners, just keeping track of all that! But somehow I persevere, because it is the best truck I have ever owned!

The only maintenance done (I only just remembered earlier today) is replacing the 12v battery so they could do the update over Christmas. Otherwise it is just topping off fluids, inspections, and stuff like that.

I had to buy windshield wipers. I bought a set of tires to replace the original Hankooks. Now I'm rolling on Michelin's XL 70k mile. Original tires were edge wearing.
Dealer had to hook up my heater. All warranty. Recently the 2nd part of the tailgate handle used for getting up tail gate ladder had to be replaced.
