Lightning Pro radio reception. (FM)

Hello,

I had a Toyota 4Runner. The radio was very receptive. i.e. no static even when 50 or so miles from tower.

I have noticed the radio in my Pro does indeed have static (FM cut-in cut-out) when only 20 or so miles from the various towers. I live in rural Maine and we have hills in my area; western Maine has mountains; here we have large hills (200 - 400 feet high). Has anyone else encountered the same problem? OR SHOULD I COMPLAIN TO THE DEALER? Has anyone changed the antenna?

I too live away from many FM towers. The Lightning definitely has poorer reception than my other vehicles, some over 20 years old. This is with the original antenna .
