You must only tow this monster a couple of times per year, either that or only move it a few miles at a time? Otherwise Diesel was clearly the better tool for the job.
Glad to hear that it is covered by the original warranty. SAD to think that 2nd module failure happened at 82k miles ....
Maybe keeping ours "forever" isn't such a great idea ...
I have convinced myself that these were manufacturing QC issues that would (should) show up well before the 8...
I am watching this closely. My policy seems straight forward:
Additional Coverage:
Lighting Coverage: Repair or replace bulbs, HID headlamps, and LED assemblies for electrical failures.
Please keep us posted about the status of your issues, it seems the light bars are without question...
Have you confirmed the brake fluid level? Probably far more complex an issue .... sorry

When asked I refer to miles/gallon. I say I get about 70 mpg at home and 30+ mpg doing 70 on the freeway.
And it is the best and cheapest truck I have ever driven.
I am not sure of your concern, but when I bought a new truck and this is my experience, a used truck plan will be a little different, but the entire extended service plan is based on your VIN, which will define it for your Lightning Electric Vehicle.
The VIN on the Service Plan needs to...
Here is a similar request, and their solution.

The coolant system has many spots for air to hang out. The pump will continue to purge the air into the bottle over several days of driving. You have 9 battery modules each with rubber connection hoses, all within the battery pack. If it leaks inside the pack, that is not good. Leaks outside...
That is not my experience from 28% to 80%. I am at a loss to understand why the truck is controlling the charge rate to a limit of 90 with SOC that low. I believe it is primarily temperature extremes and SOC that normally makes my truck slow the charging rate.
My only idea: How long ago...
Welcome, you will find a large cross section of truck users here using their trucks in many ways. Your history with the 2016 diesel should be easily surpassed with a Lightning. As long as FPL keeps those deals, it is a great idea to buy a EV. The use of DC fast charging will at least triple...
Interesting/confusing looking at the vehicles & manufactures that no longer are approved, for example the 2024 ID.4 among many others.
Yet if you can find a 2023 new Lariat or XLT you can get the 2025 Credit.
Without the connected navigation the manual states:
"Connected Navigation, the system will essentially become a moving map without any destination routing functionality if the subscription expires "
I will miss one aspect of this system. I like to monitor the anticipated charge level at my...
From Fordauthority.com: "... the new Ford EV pickup could use the Ranchero name, based on a recent trademark filing ..."
I find this strange as the Ranchero always seemed like a mostly useless vehicle for anything heavier than a few hundred pounds, at least those produced in the 1970's, and...
