New Hampshire (Southern) recommended service departments

I bought my 2023 Ford Lightning XLT Standard Range on 7/22/2024. I bought it from Brattleboro Ford but I don't think they are up to speed on electric vehicles yet. Any good service departments in the area? My truck had software from early 2022...my first OTA (7/26/2024) was 4.2.1.1 "There's some good stuff here" with no information about what that "good stuff" was...I know now by searching. Keep in mind I'm coming from a Tesla Model 3 Long Range AWD (which I will be selling tomorrow) which puts a very high software bar on Ford.

I noticed mine was supposed to come with tailgate assist (on the window sticker) but it's missing on the truck. Any other good service departments in the area?
