Thanks Jeff! I realized that (a) duh, I needed to click not just on Browse, but on New Search to bring up the list, but also (b) my USB stick with 1000s of tracks needed a few mins for Sync4 to organize and make these available!
*** UPDATE *** found that USB occasionally locks up, possible Sync4 struggles with large libraries? However, also discovered that with a large library of tracks, voice command works really well e.g. "Show albums by Pink Floyd", not sure how/if this works with streaming services also?
