No Warm Air From My Heater This Morning, just cold air. Also, no messages or warnings.

Has anyone experienced this issue and had to have it fixed?

Thanks.
I've come up with a creative, temporary solution. I'm using a small 350w space heater plugged into my 120V accessories plug to heat the inside of the truck and to defrost the windshield. It works well.

You could use a 1200W heater too, but the low settings is probably enough unless it's really cold. The inside accessories receptacle is rated at 20A, so it can handle a 1200W space heater. It just drains the battery quicker if you are setting idle.

Also, I recommend keeping one of these in your emergency kit in your truck just in case you get stranded and your cabin heater fails. It might save you.

See the attached picture.

The first cold morning or evening recently I had the same experience.

The heat was on, the knob was turned all the way up, but the air was cool.

Looked through the dashboard screen menu and found one about causing it to be "driver focused" (or some such wording) so I pushed that icon and boom, heat started coming from the vents towards me.

Go figure.

I had been using AC before that cooler day and had it on AUTO, fwiw.

BTW, I knew my coolant was ample - I checked it the day before.
