Set service appointment already. Had an issue with closing the visor all the way to protect myself from the sun. Glass panels were down flat but when trying to close the screen it caught and crumbled the driver side rubber "accordion" flange and possibly the track that I think engages when you open the roof. Will keep you updated - first service appointment avail Hagerstown Ford 8/17/2022.
