Seattle electrician recommendation

Sunrun doesn't operate in WA (from what I read on their website), but I would like to set up the whole home backup. I also happen to need a new panel, as mine is full. So, I need a new panel, a manual switch, and a 220v line run. Does anyone have a good recommendation for someone (or a company) in Seattle who does good work?
