SiriusXM preset

The 2021 f150 has as default two rows to program SiriusXM preset stations. You can go to settings under SiriusXM and change it to a maximum of six rows.
I have done that and programed all six rows. Yet when I turn the vehicle off and start it later it reverts back to two rows. Interesting enough if I go back to settings and change it back to 6 rows I get them again with the channels attached as I had programmed them. Yet it still goes back to the two default if I turn the car off.

i believe i read that this is a bug (happens when 6 is selected). I have four rows selected and it works fine.

I had the same problem. I set mirrors. Seat. Pedals. Wheel. Then created a profile and linked to a fob. Later when I started setting radio presets I changed to six rows and set them up. But every start I was back to 2 rows.

My fix was to delete the profile. Then make sure all settings including preset row counts are correct. Then create the profile. Worked every time since then.

However. Upon start the first row of presets always shows. Even if you turned off playing a station on row 5. The steering wheel right thumb buttons still work fine to move to another station. Just irritating that it doesn’t show the row the current station is on. My wife’s 2010 Lexus has 6 pages of presets and comes up showing where you lift off.

I'm having this same issue and it's driving me crazy. I deleted my profile and created a new one and the same thing, defaults back to the 2 rows when I turn the truck back on. Anyone have any other suggestions?
