Sunrun does not operate in my state so I was forced to use another electrician to install my Ford Home Integration System. We are now near the end of the installation and I am being told by sunrun that since the system was installed by a third party that delta offers the monitoring. I am being told by delta that sunrun does the monitoring and that delta does not provide this functionality.

Has anyone that has their Ford home integration system been able to setup Solar monitoring on their system so that they can monitor the PV (solar) system? If so did you use Sun Run for installation or a third-party? Who is providing your PV Monitoring Sunrun, Delta, or other?

So I finally got a decent answer from Sunrun customers that use a third-party installer can access monitoring of the solar inverter generation using this website on the sign in page. There is a way to sign in using the serial number and pin code on the inverter label.
