Took my 2023 ER Lariat in for 20K Service and reported that the stuttering, previously reported at 10K service had not gone away. I provided printed posts from this thread to service advisor.
This was reported by the service technician: Verified concern. Performed test drive and verified vibration. Vibration is violent at 50 mph with slight tip in. Heavy acceleration and coasting were smooth. Back in shop and performed a visual. Found rear suspension had no movement. Measured strut length with vehicle on ground and it measured 22". Measured like vehicle and it measured 23.25". Also since the strut seemed to be stuck at a lower ride height the CV angle was near 0 degree. Hoisted vehicle to inspect, found no damage. Lowered vehicle back down and re-measured. Strut length now measured 23" and normal suspension operation has returned. Performed post repair test drive and the violent factory of the vibration is gone. Hovering at around 50 mph with slight tip in you do notice a slight shimmy but it is barely noticeable. If concern persists for customer, both rear struts are recommended to be replaced.
Most of my driving is on roads posted at 45 or 55 mph, thus constantly accelerating between 45 and 55. I have not been able to produce a noticeable stutter in 800 miles of driving. Hard to believe the stuttering since new was caused by a stuck strut. Service was at Kendall Ford, Eugene, Oregon.

Did they replace the strut? What did they do to free it up?

Mine had this vibration after moderate acceleration consistently, and it went away after the TCS update a year or so ago.

No. Struts were not replaced. Just recommended if vibration continued.

The strut became "unstuck" when the truck was hoisted.
