The only thing that the rating makes a difference on is the on-grid solar output capability.

The inverter can also be AC coupled to solar (I did so with my existing SolarEdge inverter). It might be a lot better, and lower cost just to get a separate solar inverter which you would tie into your critical loads panel. In an off-grid scenario, the delta inverter will still signal the other inverter to turn off if the truck is full on battery.
