These Powerboost engines and drivetrains are an absolute beast. I was about 10% over capacity on the rear axle, but it performed very well. I traveled about 300 miles at 50-60 mph and averaged 10 mpg. The Chevy owners in the back seat were thoroughly impressed.

Can you indicate what wheels you have installed on your truck.
Fuel D693 Blitz. They have traditionally just offered chrome or black. This new color is platinum and I’m loving it

The tires are BFG TA/KO2 in 275/60r20. The wheels are Fuel Blitz. The camper top is RSI smart cap

I'm considering the Fuel Covert also because they are offered in an Anthracite. I want something that isn't black or chrome and i like some of these more muted, matte looking wheels.

Is yours lifted/leveled? If so, which kit? I'm totally confused which kit is just the best one out there...

Are you using a weight distribution hitch with that trailer?
It doesn't look like it! If he did, it should have evened out the axles since he has margin on front (rated 3900#) and is over on rear (4150# rated). It is still 700# over GVWR but at least it would be more evenly distributed and less risk on flattening the rear springs.

Also very fitting that Tireman has some good looking tire upgrades!

Forgot to ask, were there any electric-only miles on the trip? Like perhaps small downgrades or braking, or does the tow/haul mode completely negate the ICE from turning off? Can't wait to play with mine but I'm STILL waiting! Plus I have to do the break in period before towing ?

That's pretty damn good. I imagine it might even have been slightly better with the stock wheel and tire setup. Are you running 3:73's?

ugh, I’m embarrassed to say that I don’t. That was really irresponsible. I need and adapter for my Anderson wdh. I’ll get on that right now

When I tow my camper, ICE is always running while in tow haul mode. IT will pull my 6500lb camper in electric only if you forget to enable tow haul mode. I try not to do this too much though because I do not want to burn up my electric motors.
