I've also had to call Ford and no one knows why I can't reserve. Everything is in place but it just fails. I owe them another call next week to escalate.

for whatever reason I'm still unable (even at crazy hours 2 AM, 3 AM, 6 AM) get through on either my Mach-E or F150. Tried multiple computers, browsers (cleared cache, cookies etc), even got on a VPN. There must be some back end issue for my account as I've run out of ideas.

same here on my pro. tuxmat is excellent, stays in place great even with multiple dogs in the back all the time.

@Ford Motor Company I wanted to give a shout out to Ford for getting the parts, arranging all my service with my local dealer. Repair was done today and no more problems.

thanks everyone. things don't seem too out of place but I'm going to take it to the dealer as lowering the shifter makes an even louder sound so clearly the trim must be off enough to make noise.

Has anyone had the squeaking (video below) when shifting their lightning? its gotten worse over time for me. Could I put WD40 in that area or am I going to regret that?

@jallen do you mind sharing the part information & how much this steering wheel ran you? I have a pro and have pondered this. I'm just not super hands on so I just wanted to get a sense of cost/part as perhaps I could ask my ford dealer to do the work for me.
