In my case it was an error when clicking 'reserve' so if you are not at that point (you get errors prior to that) it likely is entirely something different. You could try from the app to see if the same thing happens, but likely you need ford's help as you noted if you cannot even get into...
@rtshinn I was able to get unblocked & order. Its a very wacky situation you can check yourself to see if you faced what I had. Here are the steps:
1. go the the normal ford.com, connected services page for your vehicle and click the reserve adapter. at that point open chrome developer tools...
That's an interesting possibility on your situation. I will say on mine both my MME & Lightning were new and I face the issue. I might be onto something looking at the dev tools that I cannot explain. specifically, my post request to the orders API fails with a 400 and in the payload it has...
I've also had to call Ford and no one knows why I can't reserve. Everything is in place but it just fails. I owe them another call next week to escalate.
for whatever reason I'm still unable (even at crazy hours 2 AM, 3 AM, 6 AM) get through on either my Mach-E or F150. Tried multiple computers, browsers (cleared cache, cookies etc), even got on a VPN. There must be some back end issue for my account as I've run out of ideas.
@Ford Motor Company I wanted to give a shout out to Ford for getting the parts, arranging all my service with my local dealer. Repair was done today and no more problems.

Has anyone had the squeaking (video below) when shifting their lightning? its gotten worse over time for me. Could I put WD40 in that area or am I going to regret that?
