Yes, it's normal. Keep going and watch the Power Meter go down along with the %SOC. Doing this in a non-critical situation is good...

Battery SoC and Temperature both contribute to that. That’s why the gauge exists :P

I think it starts limiting power before 25% SOC. You don't want to be driving it like you stole it with a low battery! You'll drain it fast!

Same thing will happen in the winter when the temperature gauge (not the trucks temperature gauge) starts to drop...

Yes, totally normal. As the battery goes lower the power will drop lower as well.
