Went to pick up my loaner today (Mache E). Dealer let me see my dropped battery. Said the Lightning batteries are easy to drop and service while the Mach E are a pain. Extremely happy with my service team.

Array 8 was damaged. Ford is going to replace arrays 8 and 9. Estimate on parts: 3 to 5 weeks, though they are trying to see if they can get them sooner.

The HV module needs to be replaced. Also some cells are reporting bad. They are going to drop the battery to see if it’s a simple cell replacement or if there is more damage and the whole battery needs to be replaced.
