    UPDATE #2 Array 8 was damaged. Ford is going to replace arrays 8 and 9. Estimate on parts: 3 to 5 weeks, though they are trying to see if they can get them sooner.

    Update: The HV module needs to be replaced. Also some cells are reporting bad. They are going to drop the battery to see if it’s a simple cell replacement or if there is more damage and the whole battery needs to be replaced.

    Thanks for the info. I just checked my VIN and it is not under recall. But you are right this is the strongest correlation to the issue i experienced.

    No. The 12v powered stuff came on fine. Was able to put in emergency tow mode and get towed to…..wait for it…. A shopping center lot because the towns 4th of July parade was blocking the entrance to the dealer…
