that's what I thought too but then the listed tongue weight for that trailer is 430lb for some reason, and AI (yeah yeah yeah) is telling me that in the real world, once I put water/clothes/bags in it, it will be over 500lb...??
I've got a 2024 Flash (no Max tow) and wondering if I would be able to tow this, or something of similar weight, without a WDH?
First time tower and though I like the security of a WDH, I feel like it would be a real hassle to uncouple every time I need to charge.
great, thanks for that advice, between ABS and ASA, which is better? and should we do any custom wall strength % because it will be sitting in the sun the whole time?
edit, also, for my Lightning, which degree offset model should I use for the glass base?
awesome thank you, I guess I'll stick with my C3X for now... guess that saves me some money and wait time.
Do you have a link for the open source dock you were talking about? I assume it's 3D printable? I have that dongle for the Canbus errors... how does that integrate into the dock?
Thanks, that is some good insight.
I have a 3X I haven't installed yet, I've read that the C4 has better thermal management, I'm in the Southern US and it gets hot in the summer... if you were me, would you get the C4?
for a 2024 Lightning, do you lose anything from going to a Comma 4 from a Comma 3x? I thought I heard somewhere the Comma 4 is still so new that the software for 3X is still more mature? Sorry, I'm completely new at this
so first time FORScan user here with a 2024 Lightning, I programmed the APIM to enable autofold mirrors, wrote the value and Sync rebooted and it said to stop then start the truck/ignition, I did both of those.
But now I'm worried because in the FORScan app (Windows) the disconnect (and...
does anyone know the exact APIM code to change in FORScan to enable the autofold option in Sync? Do I just go by Livnitup's spreadsheet?
Asking because Livnitup's spreadsheet has the wrong value for the DDM/PDM codes..
