I was the one who reported this initially in the other thread, and I use it often to say this isn’t a fluke. My phone has been plugged in charging, and not plugged in… all worked fine wirelessly.
Being a current owner, I wouldn't mind some of the flashy graphics and maybe the metal running boards. However in some ways I kind of prefer not being a walking billboard. I remember lots of times, the looks I received from my truck were due to the front trunk and not due to the Lightning emblem...
Maybe it could be the springs and the shocks (which are different on the Platinum) but I find the ride really bumpy and all over the place. I test drove my friends BMW iX yesterday, and the ride so much smoother and less harsh.
I remember having this conversation with a Ford rep at the NYIAT. He thought I had 2 heads when I told him that the F150L ER had a battery pack size of 143.4kWh with only 131kWh usable.
It was out of context, but it was the truth and I felt I would give my 2 cents on the current topic.
While I personally have never directly counseled Eagles since I only been a ASM for ~2 years, seeing these scouts grow and mature is very rewarding for me personally.
Anyway, I degress...
Being in the BSA, I opt to not to take my F150L for longer trips. At times, I usually have 2-3 scouts with me while driving, and while I believe they would be fine I don't like to stop for a long session with others not in my family.
If I was with my family however, I would have no issues.
Besides the slight boat feeling since I am in a truck, I don't think the stock strut/shock are doing a bad job (especially with the slightly higher rate springs on the Platinum) but I wish it was better. That being said, when does everyone recommend replacing them? I have only 34K on the truck...
I also am debating on going to 20s as well since I will be needing tires in the next 10K or so.
In regards to the spring rates, I brought this up initially along time ago and I always wondered the same. I am posting it here again (cause I always seem to have a hard time finding it). Besides it...
While I love the truck, I wish I leased vs purchased. Several years ago, I was a in a different financial position and could have easily afforded this truck. Now its a different story, and what I owe vs what its worth is way too far apart.
When I had my battery module replaced, I had the same issue. I went to the dealer a few weeks later, and they added a little bit to the reservoir and its been stable since. As others have said, air will works it way though the system and it will eventually use the reservoir.
Very odd... I currently have Google Maps version 25.33.2, but this started back on 25.32.0 or 25.30.0.
I just used it this weekend, like I normally do, and I get the IP navigation. The latest update that I received from Ford was the BC 1.4, so may have something to do with it as well. Like a...
