    I don't have a suggestion about this specific issue, but I totally sympathize with @kdxkid because of the uncertainty of trusting a remote dealership's expertise. Also, being away from home with small kids will dramatically reduce your risk acceptance, for sure. I hope this gets resolved ASAP...

    Strangely, I never see a FordPass "update" in the list of updatable apps after going to Profile. I need to search for FordPass in the App Store app, then click on the FordPass description, then I see the "Update" button. It's the only app that behaves this way for me. ?‍♂️
