It keeps it for longer than 3 days unless they changed it. I have gone back and pulled older (like 2 weeks) routes before. But you can also preserve them if you have a route you want to save for whatever reason.

You would just pull it from comma connect. You leave it connected to sunnylink, they are separate services. In regards to downloading, I don't have any good suggestions due to inexperience with using it that particular way. I'm sure you could use SSH to get them off the device itself.

I guess square changed their receipt layout and removed emails from the contact info. Everyone's receipts should be updated with the information and will be included again going forward.

Did you not get the email address with the receipt? You should have gotten an email to contact once you paid. You should have also gotten tracking from pirate ship.

If it didn’t auto fingerprint, there is a bad connection somewhere. Try rotating the connections 360 and reseating them, make sure the lightning bolt is on the truck side.

I traded the truck it was in and pulled it before I did. The support is a bit lacking in terms of updates. But as far as I know, it’s just one guy working on everything. Audio wise it was great, and a very easy install as it was all plug and play.
