Successfuly uploaded the as built file from motorcraft, no apparent issues, but the lights staying on for 10 minutes is still happening…
Is this vehicle still under warranty? If so, you need to find a dealer with a Tech who really knows FDRS from A diagnostic standpoint.

You can call and talk to service advisors and sus this out yourself. Ask questions like, do you have a tech that is really savvy with FDRS. Do they know how to use all of the diagnostic features of FDRS. Perform Network integrity tests. Look at module data live, like sensors, switches, and inputs? You can lead by briefly describing your problem, but if they balk at any of these questions. Say thank you and move on. The answer you want is oh yeah we have, Joe, he is an FDRS expert.

At a local dealer to me they have one guy who handles all of the FDRS work, he also happens to be one of the three EV guys. Although I don't think your issue has to do anything with an EV. There are methods within FDRS to see what is causing the lights to stay on as it is happening as long as it is reproducible.

Thanks, I agree, trying to see if this is something i can fix with the forscan, if not I’ll have to go there, just not keen leaving the car for 2-3 days there and drive a stinky loaner.

but thanks for the good advise

Ohhh, that's another thing, wait until there is a lightning loaner available. I've done that a few times, my dealer has 2 mach E's and 2 lightning loaners. They also somewhat specialize in Lightnings, they've done over 100 batt module replacements.
