+1. I don't understand why Ford thought a hard mute button on steering wheel is not needed but has buttons for vol +/- and seek+/-. A mute and a play/pause would've been consistent with those. There are 4 buttons to control the dash menu/display though.. And what's up with the volume knob...

Try disconnecting 12V battery ground terminal for a minute. That worked for me (for a few days anyway and then I had to do it again and again..).

I believe it is the "Speed Limit Assist" you want turn off or at least set the Tolerance to 0. I was confused with this at first as well and thought cruise was acting weird. I set the tolerance to 10 and when it read a speed limit sign and the cruise is on, it changed the set point to limit+10!

It looks like hands-free does NOT work if the modem is not communicating. I found this out when my modem locked up (fix coming in a month hopefully) and stopped communicating and I couldn't do anything Fordpass. Hands-free returned after I did the disconnect/reconnect 12v battery.

I "accidentally" added it to my build order. Only "Right" is available. It is nice if you are wanting to store tools or other small items. It is lockable and removable. But, I have no use for it. So I removed it and stored it. It does interfere with bed extender and ramps.
