Terrible wording on my part—sorry. I disconnected the trickle charger and then manually ran the update (from the settings menu, not the icon).

I’m still in DTE failure mode. Might have to dig through the garage for my trickle charger to see if that changes anything.

I had a profile issue on remote start when I first got the truck. Once I delinked the fob and RE added it, it seemed to fix the problem. I remote start every day and I have not had the guest profile load since I RE-linked the fob.

Good news: update finally available Bad news: I’m in the constant failed-to-install messages.

I’m right there with you. Not sure why it won’t update.

I am not aware of any east way on the truck to see it. Your FordPass app typically tells you when an update was successful and the version. Here is my latest FordPass message from the 3.5.4 update:

I’m still sitting on 3.5.4, installed on November 3. 2022. No updates listed. Not sure why the update doesn’t get triggered, but hopefully my OG lightning hasn’t been forgotten already!

My built 12/17 hasn’t changed to shipped and the estimated delivery is still strangle showing 12/26-12/31. I’m guessing the ETA will get moved as I find it nearly impossible at this point unless the system just hasn’t updated.
