I believe the only opening to let dust into the frunk is the handle on the 12 battery door. I suspect it is a safety issue. You could stuff some foam in that small opening. Air would still get thru but most (all?) of the dust would not.
I have the following in my records:

Have you considered an extended warranty?

Ford has said it may take up to 22 days after a module has been replaced for these issues to settle down. Search for SSM 52039. I hope this is your issue.

With such a quick turn around they may have not vacuumed all of of the air out of the cooling system, so you might want to keep a close eye on the coolant reservoir. You can buy a gallon of the proper coolant and keep the reservoir at the middle in the reservoir if you see the level falling.
Ford has a specific contact number for the Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) issues. I would recommend you contact them, they may be able to provide you better feedback, and it will be good to document with them of your issue. (800) 334-4375
Please keep us posted how it goes.
Bump
I have no connection with Granger what so ever.
We know all imported parts will be subject to 25% tariff next week.
One good thing for FORD is the single most expensive part the HVB isn't effected.
I wish I had auto insurance with locked in pricing for the next 3 years!!
At least...
Sorry for your battery problem. The 5 days sounds great for a module replacement!
Did you already have a module replaced? Also, did you get a letter from Ford about module recall 25S18?
I really hope by the end of the week your back in the truck!
This is awful. Have you called the BEV Ford number? I don't know where you live, but I suggest you open a file with Ford and begin the process for a lemon or buy back. Also, did the dealer provide a loaner car while the truck was in the shop for 45 days? The BEV folks should address that...
Really, this is terrible. What is FORD offering these 1166 owners (US + Canada) in exchange for telling them to only use 80% of their product for several months waiting while Ford to produce a resolution? After that how long will it be before these 1166 owners will again have a fully...
Sorry your facing this. If I have to face this I would also charge outside.
I am using a HD 240v plug for my EVSE, and thought I would use my heavy duty 240v extension cord I have for my 50amp motorhome.
What date was your truck built?
That is interesting, I wonder if these are somehow related?
