  1. Mt Blue Sky Elevation Impact, Nav Estimate vs. Actual

I drove up Mt Blue Sky to test elevation gain impact on range (and look for mountain goats!). Sadly, the navigation system doesn't factor in elevation gain or loss into its battery at destination estimate. I started at 93% and 5,678 elevation. The summit of Mt Blue Sky was 53.1 miles away and...
  2. Regenerative Braking at 100% Charge

I was driving downhill at 100% charge displayed. Regenerative braking was still in effect with 1 pedal drive and displaying as 100% energy recovered on the brake coach. I think there's only 5% hidden capacity on the top-end. I have managed to get 3% back on one moderate downhill drive so far...
  3. Phone as a Key and Cell Service

I tried it as well. The door did unlock in airplane mode with bluetooth on and cellular radio disabled in the phone. The rapid response also matches not using cellular service. The delay for FordPass lock/unlock buttons is much longer going through cellular service. Now, why do they ask for...
  4. Phone as a Key and Cell Service

  5. Phone as a Key and Cell Service

Does Phone as a Key work in an area without cellular service? I've tried once and it did not. But, upon later inspection, my FordPass add was stating "bluetooth disconnected." Clicking on the info icon said Bluetooth was on (check mark), Location Services was on (check mark), and cellular data...
