I guessed, since I knew it had arrived at East Brookfield (calling the CSX number). I then just used the United Road site (https://www.unitedroad.com/delivery-receipt) and punched in my VIN. Voila, it shows transport to the initial staging area (GFX-Rotunda) and to Casco Bay Ford! Does delivery...

You should PM inevitable_note_7556 on reddit to see if he can connect the dots from Ford to your dealer so he isn't leaving you with the ambiguous "wait and see" language. If they want to make you wait for them to be reimbursed because they are salty about...

Having to wait for the reimbursement wouldn't be the worst (if they actually give it to you in the end). I asked my dealer rep about that, and he said they always front the money. Up to them I guess, but seems like ruining the relationship with the customer isn't a great long term business plan.

I would guess he is playing dumb, as the folks at Casco Bay Ford had no trouble giving me the correct price without me having to educate them. Know that you're in the right, keep pushing, and start reaching out to the Ford folks on reddit and elsewhere to have them link Ford to this unscrupulous...

My dealer (Casco Bay Ford in Maine) coming in with the upfront price for me. Private offer and price protection (both increases) were in there. Doc fee is probably higher than I'd like, but not going to argue of a few hundred bucks. Nice that I can go in and pick up the truck without any drama.
