It is entirely possible to get both. Not saying the dealer will make it easy, you might have to try getting Ford involved and fight them on it for awhile. This dude on reddit went through it all and came out the other side. He even had to fight them on $2000 of deal installed add ons!

Got an update email from Ford, apparently I'm now Shipped and "In Progress". Maybe that means it is literally en route?

Love it, hope they don't give you too much a hassle now that you've educated them!

Can't wait to read about how it all plays out, hopefully Ford is getting better about setting the dealers straight. Then again it wouldn't be a real car dealership experience if it wasn't frustrating and unpleasant.

At least nobody else is getting the heated steering wheels for MY23. I'd be salty about it if I had a nicer trim where it was originally included. Hopeful that the field update to add the heated steering wheel for the other trims might be available for the PRO as well (for a cost I'm sure).

Max Tow and Spray in bedliner. Added Tow Tech once I was scheduled (11/29/22), which showed up in the updated DORA, but not in the window sticker. Would be sweet if the chip hold is the fancy 360 camera's in the Tow Tech. That would be worth the wait.
