Curious if anyone has a resolutiuon for this: While I have my bike rack on the Lighting, any time I put it into reverse, the truck will slam to a stop. I assume the software thinks I'm running into something, so it stops.
Is there a way to turn this off while I have the bike rack loaded?
Thanks!
Completely understand that with the overwhelming business this company must be doing right now, things can get missed. Thank you for the response. This is customer care at the highest level!
Update, when I read AdmiralYamo's response that the owner of A2Z called, I thought "No way". Well, I just received a call from the owner giving me an update about my shipment.
I hope people read this and see the positive things he is willing to do! A super nice guy to take the time to...
I've read in the forums that A2Z EV has been very responsive in responding to contacts. Just curious if anyone has tried to reach out to them and gotten a response. I've emailed, chatted, and called. Can't get a response. Is there a magic word?
I've recieved just one 6.1.0 and 6.2.0 has been hung up in the Software Updates screen for 2 weeks. The OTA support team tells me to be patient. I came from a Tesla and everyone said not to compare the Lightning to how Tesla did updates = but still, this is frustrating.
Driving the standard range battery didn't make the trip
I wish my XLT had ACC. I know there is a way to diy, but I watched the video and it seems to be more than I want to dig into.
I am taking a trip across county and back this summer - about 3800 miles total. I've thought about renting a Tesla, but I really want to drive my XLT standard range. I don't really want to put that many miles on my truck, but it would save money and it would be much more comfortaable for me...
Just curious to know if there is a way to know if the frunk is open when away from the truck. Perhaps in the Ford App?
I've had 2 instances where I've come out to the truck and the frunk was open. I suppose I accidentally hit the button on the key fob.
Thanks
Update and question. A Ford representative saw my post and reached out to me, which I thought was cool. They had me call their OTA software department.
After a number of questions a very nice representative told me that Power Up 6.2.0 has another week to download before it is considered a...
