I've only had my lightning a few weeks, so I'm not sure if this is typical or not. But the Fordpass app on my Android phone loads up with a message saying there is a system error. Force close, phone reboot, toggling VPN, etc have no effect. Oddly the widget with charging status on my home screen...

Just a follow up, the truck went to the local dealer earlier today.. They tried the 24P24 update but it was still hanging up on the latch. Dealer has ordered physical parts, and I will need a second visit for then to install the replacement parts.

I misinterpreted the Carfax, it actually has 3 weeks left in the bumper to bumper warranty. So I brought it home, and have an appointment with my home dealer soon.
