Is the rotary knob sticking up above the lip on the cubby? If so, can it be lowered so the Fold Flat console can lay flat over it?

You will not get 300 miles at highway speed unless you hypermile by drifting behind a semi and/or keeping your speed around 55mph (with no headwinds, cold/hot temps, and elevation changes). DCFC isn't scary. If you don't have a DCFC adapter you can still use other networks (like EA) with a CCS1...
