This is really cool. For the shower I would recommend a portable propane shower. I have one and they work fantastic and can run off a tiny refillable camp stove cylander. Yes it is not electric but you really don't want to be burning your battery heating water IMO.

I don't think any of these numbers are worth the paper they are written on. These trucks are still very hard to get. People are still selling ~ 1 year old trucks at a profit. Ford still has not opened up volume orders. It will be quite some time before these start to depreciate significantly.

Can't you do this today? I just tried in mine, and I can get out of the car, lock it, and the onboard power is still on. Yes, car has to be "running", but you can lock the door when its running. Are you saying it times out after some duration?

Er... how about letting the driver choose what they want to prioritize? You could do this pretty easily with Android Auto and Tasker or Automate on your phone. Or if you have a Samsung it is built in.
