I had a plastic trim piece on the door molding slide down about an inch - this caused some whistling. I slid it back up and added a section of black electrical tape to hold it in place - problem solved for 12+ months now.
Hi all, yesterday (10/2/23), I received a notice regarding the battery management software update. It stated that the update will occur over the air in the 4th 1/4 of 2023, or I could go to the dealer and have it done sooner. No notice of an actual battery problem.

My H.I.S. is up and running. I did have an issue with the H.I.S. communicating with the Pro Charger and Truck but they were not installation issues. After extensive troubleshooting, all is working well right now.
I use "Alexa" regularly at home. I suppose that because I am familiar with the commands I have experienced no issues with responsiveness or sound quality. I use Amazon music regularly. Is your Wifi calling turned on on your phone? Perhaps that is the reason for the VOIP call?

I am fairly certain it's asking me to confirm that the number that pops up on the Sync4 screen matches a pop-up number on the Ford Charge STation Pro set-up app (to make sure the correct devices are pairing similar to some Bluetooth processes)
