I wanted to take a minute to thank the members of this forum for the wealth of information available because of their willingness to share knowledge. Just this morning, I lost all Vehicle/FordPass communication (including PAAK/remote start...). I called the FordPass helpline and they tried to reset my modem since it appeared to have lost all communication - That didn't work, so they made an appointment for next week with my dealer to update the modem. I researched the issue in this forum and it was suggested to pull the #32 cabin fuse to reset the modem. Of course, it worked. I LOVE THIS RESOURCE. Thank you all!!!!
