SO looking at the VINs in the order tracking sheet, one of the VINs had a CA34 (like the truck at ~35 seconds). Window Sticker (forddirect.com)

I wonder if there is an association to the CA34 in the video and the Ramp One number on our window stickers. I.e. Were these all 'CA34's? And if so, is that number sequential in any way to determine how close and are they associated with build timelines... Any early builds have a CA34?

Question: Did they show anyone it actually working to charge or function like the HIS is suposed to? I ask this as there is no video out there of the system actually performing as functioned? or a demo of it, right? If thats the case, maybe the conduit was just for show...

DId that include the purchase of a Pro Charger or did you already have the free one with the extended battery? $4K for HIS puts the labor and other components for ~$5K. Not sure if that is high or not with your specific setup.

Harris Ford (Lynnwood) has no ADM, and their sales team is pretty responsive. You can contact Tristan Linke there and ask if there is a way for them to work with Epic to get it transferred. That might be another way to go about it. Mine should be going through there about 2 weeks earlier.

You may contact the Lightning team at Ford and see what they can do. They are really helpful (or try to be) and I do think that there is some communication from Ford on SunRuns contact order. Are you in a SunRun state? That could also be telling
