I got PowerUp 3.5.2 about two days ago, initially no PaaK. I took the advice from other threads here--Logged out and back into Ford Pass and PaaK setup appeared.

I've been using ONR on my Model S for four years, and did my first Lightning wash with it last weekend. I only use 1/2 gallon distilled water, mix in 1/2 cap-full of ONR, and the "two bucket" method. Love it, works great.

So....where is the free 250 kWh? Do I need to do anything to redeem this in the Ford Pass app? I can't find this anywhere in the app, or is there something I need to do to link to the EA app? Or do I just connect to any EA station and it automatically starts ticking down my 'free' 250 kWh?

Oooff OK. Maybe I spolied it, maybe they're uncertain on the Ford ESP price increase we're hearing about. NBD either way...easy to buy online from Granger (and faster).

Found it. I was in the upper glove box, or whatever we call that thing now.

I did 8 year / 100k miles / $50 deductible, with the lighting option. It was $1430, same as Granger.

Is there an option to disable walk-up / hand-on-handle auto-unlock with the keyfob? I do NOT want this; I'd rather unlock only via keyfob button press (or PaaK if I ever get it working). Related: where can I find the factory door keypad unlock code--I cannot find it anywhere, I may have to call...

I just got the call, my truck is at KM Ford! and they said PDI is complete... Gonna try to get it tonight after work. @Bomar @gapsd

I have the same result. Our trucks were on the same railcar going to the same dealership, but I don't think they've arrived at KM Ford--who emailed me and sent a screen shot of the VVR showing it's at the Port of SD. Very close, at least. My outside ETA is now 10/3.

And if we're being really pedantic...you get to "bank" all the time you no longer divert to and spend at gas stations. Assuming you have home charging--I concede this doesn't help OP.

fyi @gapsd @Bomar Also, note my post #769 above. Someone denied my FordPass activation on Sunday, so I actually think it's already unloaded from the railcar

My estimated delivery remained 9/15 - 9/21 until this morning. It finally updated to say 9/26 - 10/2.

yeah, me and @JLee bringing up the rear with this crew. Still no word from my dealer nor do I have any idea where my truck is. But I just noticed today that my Fordpass activation request was denied (it was pending for weeks), so there is some movement there.

Hi from team 7/25....you, me, and @gapsd are all on that same railcar. My truck is also headed to KM Ford. I don't have any new info--I think our railcar was in Illinios as early as 9/9 but the info from Ford or the phone tracers now seems inconsistent. I'm guessing it's with BNSF but who knows...

Well this sucks. May explain why the trail went cold for me. My sympathies, I'm build week 7/25 so not nearly as bad as you. I have my railcar #, bu no idea where my truck is, Ford chat doesn't have any new info in 2 weeks. NS phone trace claims it left Illinios on 9/9, but I'm not so sure...
