I have not had experience with the 12" screen. I would appreciate having buttons for the seats/HVAC. The 15" works well but can be laggy. I installed a "screen protector" on my screen and the fingerprints are much less of an issue. Likely some sort of magic.

Two questions here: 1) how do you leave the vehicle running and leave/lock the vehicle? What about the key? 2) why run the AC when shopping instead of just logging in to the app and starting climate control when heading back out to the vehicle?
