I think e-transits have the charge port in the front face. But based on your photo there should be a part or parts available to at least get the hinged door for the right side. Interesting.

What I really want to know is how do I get a charge port door that I can open and close on the right side of my 2023 Lariat. More storage behind there. Only 2022/23 have the fake fixed door there now.

Not an electrician but it would seem that either the outlet or the charger is going bad.

Old version of the app had the ability to control pro power I believe but that was before I got my truck.

It’s strange to me why the charge ports on EVs aren’t angled slightly downward so that water doesn’t pool in the holes. It wouldn’t be that hard to plug in if the angle was very slight.

I’ll concur with others that perhaps this is good news - that maybe the Lightning we all have now live on for another 3 years. Providing more time to focus on software updates and adding to the overall pool of available used parts for Lightnings.

You can find pro chargers on eBay or Facebook marketplace for about $400-$500 if you really want one. But the home integration setup a total cluster %#!@ from what I’ve read and seen. So you might be better off waiting for other bidirectional chargers to come to market.

My first year of ownership was entirely level 1 at home (level 2 at work). So I concur we shouldn’t forget about level 1 as an option, especially when traveling. That’s an interesting solution to hide the EVSE in the frunk. Never would have thought of that.

Did you use carscanner to get the error code? At least the error code is very descriptive.

So far my fitcamx has been working fine (front and year) for over a year now and hopefully I didn’t just jinx myself.
