That looks great !!!! I need to look into that suspension, I'd love to drop the rear of mine to level it. I don't have much headroom to get into my garage. I had to remove all the trim along the top of the garage entrance to squeeze it in lol

I have no issue with the front but I have had the rear parking sensors stop working a few times. As I have to back into my garage I really need those working. I'll probably make an appointment to get it looked at.

it does it most of the time. It doesn't seem to matter if someone is in the passenger seat. It has been nice enough weather wise the last two days i've had the windows down and music turned up so i am not hearing it. But the heat will be back in a couple days so i'll have to start opening up the...

I do not disagree, it is just kind of a crappy trip to my dealer. There are other closer but i've never dealt with them before.

I tried the roof trick, no luck for me.

I will probably throw some nickels in there first, see if that helps. But the rest of my day is dedicated to the 442, have a small oil leak so changing the valve cover gaskets. It's one of those old school vehicles that make a lot of noise lol

If installing the safe requires cutting a hole in the bottom i might just put one in as an excuse to see inside lol

No luck with the cup holder, there was nothing in there. I did see a video somewhere showing disassembly of the center console to fix the weak spring using 4 nickles. I'll see if i can find that and really get deep down inside that thing.

Unfortunately this one is a keeper, i'd get rid of the truck before i got rid of her lol And she is a Ford girl, loves F-150's and Mustangs :thumbsup:

Thank you !!!! I'll check that cup holder area next. I did find two harnesses really close to the center console by the passenger seat, i'll put something in there to isolate those if i can get my fat hand in there lol

That is the area I hear the noise but this has been happening since i picked it up so there is nothing in the cup holder. My girlfriend laughed at me, she said its a truck they make noises.

With the felt tabs I added the latch is really tight when closed. So I don’t think it us the latch but I will take a closer look at those nubs

My first thought was that it was something I put in there but I emptied it out and it is still doing it. I probably have 30 little felt tabs spread around in there and nothing helps lol

Hi, Has anyone else had a rattle in the center console. Its not really loud, it sounds like it is from the folding work surface. I've tried a bunch of felt pads at any contact points i can find but it hasn't made any difference. It sounds like it could be an unused wire harness bouncing around...
